Red Velvet maniac...

Happy birthday to me...happy birthday to me...happy birthday to cikNor, happy birthday to me...
RVC dua versi...kek & cupcake
Dulu cikNor dah penah pos red velvet cake ni tapi yg ni pos lg sempena bufday cikNor...hehehee
RVC versi cupcake
Yang cupcakes ni permintaan dak Eisya...cikNor janji kat die balik dr kursus nk buat so tunaikanlah hajatnya...
sendiri punyer bufday sendiri bikin kek...heheee
Bez sbb dah xpayah ode kek kat kedai kek utk bufday thn ni...homemade cake utk sume. 
lapis 1 layer jer...yummy...cheese tu
Sebenarnya cikNor tgk kat belog org laen mcm-mcm versi cara dorang wat RVC ni tapi cikNor still dgn resepi yg sifu cikNor ajar sbb memang trbukti sedapnya. Frosting cream tu pun besenye dorang juz guna cream cheese jer tapi sifu cikNor ajar guna cream cheese, fresh cream & UHT whipping cream...memang sedap so cikNor tak nk derhaka ngan resepi yg sifu ajar...hehehee...loyalty student la katakan...hahahaa...

RED VELVET CAKE
bahan-bahan (kek):
250gm tpg naik sendiri
1/2 sudu teh garam
15gm serbuk koko
113gm butter tanpa garam
160gm gula kastor
2 biji telur gred A
1 sudu teh vanilla
1 sudu teh cuka
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
bahan buttermilk:
1 cwn susu segar
1 sudu besar cuka
2 sudu besar pewarna merah

cara-cara:
*ayak serbuk koko + tpg + garam, gaul sebati
*susu segar + cuka (biar slama 10-15 minit)
*sementara tu pukul butter + gula sampai kembang kemudian masukkan telur sebiji-sebiji smpai habis
*masukkn pewarna merah dlm susu & cuka td kacau cpt-cpt jgn smpai berketul
*masukkn tpg berselang dgn buttermilk td sampai habis (pastikn mula dgn tpg & terakhir pun dgn tpg)
*dlm bks lain masukkn soda bikarbonat + dgn cuka...kacau rata kemudian tuang dlm adunan kek kacau cpt-cpt smpai sebati
*tuang dlm loyang bakar dlm 30-40 minit (api ats 140c api bwh 180c)...klu nk buat cupcake masukkan 3/4 penuh dlm cwn kemudian bakar slama 20-30 minit.

bahan cream cheese (utk layer di tgh kek / toping pd cupcake mcm gambar cikNor tu):
250gm cream cheese philadelphia (ada org guna brand tatura tapi cikNor suke philadelpia sbb rasanya lemak berkrim & xmanis...yg tatura tu manis sikit)
120gm gula kastor
1 biji lemon
-putar cream cheese masukkn gula putar lg smpi gebu masukkn air lemon, putar lg kemudian ketepikn dulu
-amik 125gm fresh cream putar dlm bks lain sampai kembang,
-amik 125gm UHT whipping cream putar juga smpai kembang (jgn over putar nanti jd cair)
*kemudian ketiga2 cream tu dicampur putar sebati

cara layer:
*kek potong kpd 2 @ 3 bahagian...letakkn cream cheese td dgn rata mcm sandwich
*putar fresh cream utk topping kek...taa daaa...dah siap
*klu cupcake ltk kt ats kemdian tepi cream cheese tu hias dgn fresh cream

p/s- hiasan ikt kreativiti...cikNor xpandai sngt asal boleh jer...hehehee
